Franklin County's Perry Signs with Vol State

Rebecca Perry a 2017 graduate from Franklin County High School signed with Volunteer State Softball. Rebecca is a hard working young lady who has great potential. She is an outfielder who has some power. She is also a great student who will bring in great leadership.
